Chijmes, Convent of the Holy Infant Jesus (CHIJ) and its Gothic-style chapel (1890-1904), Victoria Street in Singapore, founded in 1854, orphanage and school until 1983, these days it’s a shopping complex with restaurants. The chapel was deconsecrated and is now known as the Chijmes Hall.

Chijmes, Couvent de l’Enfant-Jésus fondé en 1854 à Singapour, avec sa chapelle de style gothique. Orphelinat et école jusqu’en 1983, devenu centre commercial avec des restaurants. La chapelle a été désacralisée, et il s’y tient maintenant des expositions d’art, des défilés de mode, des mariages, des spectacles, des concerts etc…
